Startup HR Consulting
However brilliant your idea, it takes the right team to make it real. We support you with agile, scalable HR strategies that suit the speed and chaos of the startup world.
At the growth stage, HR is not a luxury
Once you reach the growth stage, HR is no longer just payroll and leave. It is the heart of your scaling strategy. Wrong HR decisions lead to cultural erosion, wasted talent and, in the end, a runaway burn rate.
Scaling fast
How will you protect your culture as you grow from 5 people to 50? Fast growth brings cultural erosion with it. Do not get caught unprepared.
Burn rate and efficiency
How do you turn limited resources into the talent organization that gives you the best return? Every hire is an investment decision.
Cultural fit
How do you pick candidates with a "startup mindset" as well as technical skill? Someone who dislikes uncertainty and wants structure will slow a startup down.
For a startup, the biggest risk is not losing capital but working with the wrong person, in the wrong role, at the wrong time.
Four solutions built for startup DNA
Agile hiring and talent hunting
In a startup, every hire is an investment, not a cost. We do more than post job ads. We hunt for people who share your vision, can handle uncertainty and bring technical depth. We turn hiring from a cost line into a strategic gain.
Culture and employer brand
We answer the question "How do we work here?" while you are still near the start. We define your company values and build them into hiring and performance processes, so the culture lasts. Culture cannot be bolted on later. It has to be built from the start.
Flexible performance and motivation systems
Classic annual performance reviews do not work in startups. We build agile goal systems such as OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) into your process and keep the team focused on the main goal, your North Star Metric. Everyone knows what they are running for.
Organizational design and roles
We manage your move from the "chaos" stage, where roles blur, to a professional structure where roles are clear and flexibility is not lost. We care less about who reports to whom and more about how the work gets done fastest.
Different HR needs at every stage
A startup's HR needs change fundamentally as the team grows. Each stage has its own pain points and solutions.

Frequently asked questions
We are only 10 people. Isn't it too early for HR consulting?
Quite the opposite. The 10 to 20 person range is the most critical stage, when the cultural foundations are laid. A wrong foundation causes rifts that are impossible to repair once you grow to 100 people. Acting before the fire starts is always cheaper than putting it out.
Will you build us a heavy, corporate structure?
No. We are against the bureaucracy that kills the startup spirit. Our aim is not to slow you down but to keep the "management turbulence" of growth to a minimum. Every system we build puts speed, flexibility and simplicity first.
