With your own team
You take a license and run projects with your own assessors. HRQ prepares your assessors at the start of the project.
For HR teams that want an in-house assessment team.
We moved the assessment center we have run in the field for years into our own software. The candidate lives through a slice of the job, assessors rate without seeing each other, and the report comes out of the consensus reached in calibration.
| Competency | D1 | D2 | Consensus |
|---|---|---|---|
| Influencing | 4 | 4 | 4 |
| Planning and prioritizing | 3 | 5 | awaiting consensus |
| Analytical thinking | 4 | 3 | 4 |
| Team management | 2 | 4 | awaiting consensus |
The report opens once consensus is reached on 2 competencies.
In Türkiye, assessment centers still mostly run on a consultant, spreadsheets and video calls. Observation notes and ratings sit in separate files, so the evidence behind a decision is hard to find later.
Global assessment tools are expensive, and their competency models do not adapt to how organizations in Türkiye name their roles and behaviors.
We know the methodology best, so we wrote the exercises, the behavioral indicators and the assessor guides ourselves. HRQ Lens ships with 32 ready exercises across 10 exercise types.
You choose the competencies for the role and link each one to exercises. A project cannot open until every competency is measured in at least 2 exercises.
The candidate works through a live simulation with an inbox, a calendar, messaging and information gathering. Each project runs in Turkish or English.
2 assessors rate each candidate separately, and every rating is linked to an observation note. Ratings stay blind until calibration.
In calibration the assessors agree on a single consensus rating for each competency. The report opens only after approval.

Every screen in the product works by these three rules.
A rating that is not linked to an observation note is not saved.
Assessors do not see each other’s ratings. Consensus is built in calibration.
AI does not rate, rank or eliminate candidates. It suggests drafts, and a person makes the decision.
Personal data. The consent text, the retention period and periodic deletion are built into the product. Data is stored on servers in the United Kingdom, and encrypted backups are kept in the European Union. The client is the data controller.
Modules are added as you need them. All of them connect to the same employee record.
