Demet graduated in Food Engineering from Ege University in 2004. She has worked as Quality Manager at food companies and as Lead Auditor, Product Manager and Technical Manager at certification bodies, and has carried out audits in Türkiye and abroad. She was the first IFS HPC auditor approved in Türkiye and for many years the only one. She works as a lead auditor for EFfCI, ISO 22716 GMP Cosmetics, BRCGS CP, IFS HPC, IFS Logistics, IFS Food, BRCGS Food, FSSC 22000 and BRCGS Packaging.

Ferhat graduated from Saint Benoît French High School and from Istanbul Technical University in Electronics and Communication Engineering. He was a member of the Turkish Brain Team in 1995 and 1996, and is a co-founder of Oyunevi Eğitim ve Akıl Oyunları Yayıncılık and a founding member of the Mensa association for supporting gifted people. Since 2005 he has been captain of the Turkish Brain Team and Türkiye's representative at the World Puzzle Federation. A columnist for Bilim Teknik magazine since 2018, he leads the design of our corporate games.

Nurdan is a Food Engineering graduate of Istanbul Technical University with an MBA from Işık University. Since 2009 she has worked both for manufacturers and in the conformity assessment sector. She has worked as Lead Auditor, Technical Manager and Consumer Services Coordinator and has delivered projects in Türkiye and abroad. She is a lead auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 55001, ISO 22000, BRCGS Food, ISO 42001, SMIIC 1 and GSTC Hotel, and provides auditing, training and consulting.

Seda graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law and holds a master’s degree in Economic Law from Bilgi University. After working as in-house counsel at several companies, she set up her own law firm. She provides legal advice and representation to the construction, medical, services, food and audit sectors. She specializes in labor law, the law of obligations, commercial law and enforcement law, and also works as a mediator.

Tolga graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Business and holds postgraduate degrees in management systems. He is a lead auditor for ISO 9001, 14001, 22301, 27001, 27701, 30401 and 37001, and an accredited lead auditor trainer for ISO 22301, 27001 and 27701. From 2003 to 2019 he worked in academia and in the conformity assessment sector in Türkiye and abroad. Since 2019 he has worked as an independent consultant, trainer and auditor, and continues his work on international platforms in knowledge management, asset management and IT management systems.
