Explicit Consent Statement

This statement explains the explicit consents requested on hrq.com.tr by HRQ Danışmanlık - Aydın Katip (HRQ). More detail is in thePrivacy Notice (KVKK). Each consent is given with a separate box, and no box is ticked in advance.

The contact, booking, quote, application and resource download forms have no explicit consent box. These forms show a short privacy note and a link to the Privacy Notice. The legal basis for transfers abroad is set out in the Privacy Notice.

1. Newsletter and commercial electronic messages

If I tick the newsletter box, I agree that my name and email address may be processed to send me commercial electronic messages, including newsletters, announcements and invitations about HRQ's services, training, events and publications. On the newsletter form, the subscription starts with this consent. On other forms the box is optional and sending the form does not depend on it.

2. Cookies

Consent for analytics and marketing cookies is given separately in the cookie bar at the bottom of the site. The cookies we use are listed in thePrivacy and Cookie Policy.

3. Withdrawing your consent

You can withdraw your consent at any time: for the newsletter, with the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email; for cookies, with the "Cookie preferences" button at the bottom of the site; and for everything else, by writing to info@hrq.com.tr. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before that point.
