Privacy Notice (KVKK)
This notice explains how the personal data you share on hrq.com.tr is processed, under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.
1. Data controller
The data controller is HRQ Danışmanlık - Aydın Katip. Address: Yalı Mah. Şehit Ali İhsan Sokak No:3/10 Maltepe, İstanbul. Email:info@hrq.com.tr.
2. What data we process, why and on what legal basis
Each form asks only for the data that task needs. We do not ask for special categories of personal data (such as health or religious beliefs) in our forms, and we ask you not to write them in message fields either.

3. How we collect data
We collect data from you through the forms on the site, and from your browser through cookies (only in the categories you allow), partly by automated means. Booking times are shown based on the free and busy slots in our calendar, and no information about other people in the calendar is shown to you.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell data. We share it only with the service providers below, and only as far as needed to provide the service:
- Google (Google Workspace): sending transactional emails (info@hrq.com.tr), adding bookings to the calendar and the meeting link (Google Meet).
- Google (Analytics and Ads): only if you consented to cookies, measuring how the site is used and how ads perform.
- Cloudflare (Turnstile): blocking automated form submissions.
- Zoho (Campaigns, EU data center): only if you consented to the newsletter, sending the newsletter.
- Hostinger: hosting the site and the form database.
These providers' servers may be located abroad. The legal basis for transfers abroad is Article 9 of KVKK (as amended in 2024). There is no separate consent box on the forms for transfers abroad.Where there is a legal obligation, we may also share data with authorized public bodies.
5. How long we keep data
- Form requests and booking records: 24 months. After that, the records are anonymized by deleting their personal fields.
- Consent records: which text version was consented to and when is kept anonymously even after the personal fields are deleted.
- Salted hash of the IP address: 30 days.
- Download links: valid for 7 days. The download record is kept with the request record for 24 months.
- Newsletter subscription: until you withdraw your consent.
- Cookies: the durations in the table in the Privacy and Cookie Policy.
6. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
By applying to us, you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed,
- request information about it if it has been processed,
- learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used for that purpose,
- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it has been transferred,
- ask for it to be corrected if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
- ask for it to be deleted or destroyed under the conditions in Article 7 of KVKK,
- ask for corrections, deletions and destruction to be notified to the third parties it was transferred to,
- object to a result against you that arises from analysis carried out solely by automated systems,
- claim compensation if you suffer damage because of unlawful processing.
7. How to apply
Under the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller, you can apply in one of these ways:
- in writing, to Yalı Mah. Şehit Ali İhsan Sokak No:3/10 Maltepe, İstanbul,
- by registered electronic mail (KEP),
- with a secure electronic signature or mobile signature,
- from an email address you have previously given us and that is registered in our system, to info@hrq.com.tr.
We will conclude your application free of charge within 30 days at the latest. If the process involves an additional cost, a fee may be charged under the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.
