Privacy and Cookie Policy
This policy explains how we protect your privacy when you use hrq.com.tr and which cookies we use. The purposes and legal grounds for processing your personal data, who it is shared with and your rights are set out in the Privacy Notice (KVKK). The data controller isHRQ Danışmanlık - Aydın Katip.
How we protect your data
- The site and forms only work over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
- We do not store your IP address in plain form. To prevent abuse, we keep an irreversible, salted hash of it for 30 days.
- Form records can only be accessed through a password-protected admin panel.
- After 24 months, records are anonymized by deleting their personal fields. Encrypted backups are kept for 30 days.
- There are no embedded third-party tools such as ads or chat plugins on the site. Bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) loads only when a form appears on screen. The video on the gamification page loads from YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com) only when you press play.
Cookies and browser storage
Cookies and the small records kept in your browser fall into three groups. Necessary ones are for running the site and do not need consent. Analytics and marketing ones are used only if you consent. Until you consent, no request goes to Google.
You can change your choices at any time with the button at the bottom of the site. When you withdraw consent, the related cookies are deleted.

The durations are values measured in the browser. Google sets some cookies for longer, and browsers keep them for at most 400 days.
Third-party links
The site links to other sites (such as LinkedIn, Instagram and HRQ Lens). Each of those sites is responsible for its own privacy practices.
Changes and contact
