Integrated Management System Consulting

One clear, whole-system management discipline

Managing quality, environment and occupational health and safety separately creates hidden costs that slow your operations down. At HRQ we integrate ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 in a way that fits your company's DNA and set up a "single point of management" discipline.

  • ISO 9001 + 14001 + 45001
  • One document system
  • Joint internal audit
  • 60% savings
  • 3D culture integration

The advantages of three standards under one roof

Systems managed separately mean repeated audits, overlapping documents and rising costs. An integrated management system removes all of these.

  • Efficiency: up to 60% savings

Shared procedures and instructions cut documentation clutter by up to 60%. One integrated structure instead of three separate systems.

  • Strategic decisions

We bring quality, environmental and occupational health and safety data together for top management in a single management review. One whole picture instead of three separate reports.

  • 3D culture integration

With our Thought–Emotion–Behavior (3D) methodology, employees adopt the requirements of all three standards as one company culture.

Four core services under one roof

Our whole-system approach combines ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, and we manage the entire process from one place.

  • Integrated documentation

We merge what the three standards have in common and simplify the system with a "one procedure, many benefits" approach. Needless duplicate documents become a thing of the past.

  • Joint internal audit

We manage all three systems with a single audit plan, saving time and budget. Audit fatigue disappears and efficiency goes up.

  • Management review

We set up management meetings and strategic action plans that cover all three systems. The performance of all three standards is reviewed in one session.

  • Continual improvement and certification

We manage change from one center and prepare you for certification audits with a focus on getting it right the first time. Three certificates, one process.

Frequently asked questions

We have gathered the most frequently asked questions about setting up an integrated management system.

Do we need to get all three standards at the same time?

No. If you already have one standard (for example ISO 9001), you can expand by integrating the others. If you are starting from scratch, our experience shows it is more efficient to set up all three at once.

Does an integrated system give separate certificates or one?

A separate certificate is issued for each standard, but because the audit is run as one, you can get three certificates from a single audit. This saves significant cost and time.

How long does it take to set up an integrated management system?

It takes 6 to 12 months, depending on how mature your current system is and the size of your company. Compared with setting them up separately, it finishes 30-40% faster on average.

Which sectors benefit most?

Manufacturing, food, logistics, construction and energy are among the sectors that choose it most often. But any organization that needs more than one standard can benefit.
